England x Reader.. Dream World Part 1

Shaking. "__________!?" Breathing. "Hold on love, It'll all be okay in a second.." Something was holding you close, it was warm. Your vision was clearing and you were able to make out gray skies streaked with heat lightning. Emerald eyes found yours and you were able to see Arthur, your best friend.

"Arthur? Where.. Where are we?" Your voice was small and wavering. You finally sat up holding your head. You heard Arthur shuffle behind you to support you. You carefully leaned against his broad chest and he sighed.

"We seem to be in your dream world. They aren't the best places." You looked back at him.

"Dream world? So, am I dreaming?" You looked around you to see large green hedges in one area. Mountains were carefully ridged and set in the back, leaving it an eerie feeling. You didn't like it here already. Arthur chuckled as you tried to stand, wavering from being unconscious for so long.

"No, love. You aren't dreaming. So what ever happens here, is real." You looked back at the tall green hedges. You wondered what would be revealed behind them. A secret? Treasure? Taking care to step over anything in the way, you traveled closer to the hedges.

"Arthur let's go there, I want to explore." He swiftly grabbed your wrist from walking any further.

"Love, you can't go around aimlessly. Let me finish my explanation. In this world there are five levels. You must pass each one in order to survive. The first being easy, as the difficulty rises." Arthur gestures closely to where you were standing earlier.

"You may not see it from here, but there is a line you have to cross in order to start the level. As you get closer it appears. You are being timed in these levels with 1 hour to complete." Arthur looked at the sky and a giant timer was now visible in the dark sky.  Big numbers appeared on it. 00:01:00. You looked over at Arthur and walked over to you.

"So to get out, we have to win?" He simply nodded. You stepped a little closer to the line. It was now visible. You smiled and took his hand. "Well than, let's go!" You headed off past the line.
