Sungmin x Reader... Don't Forget Me.

“Shhh… It’s okay _______... Please don’t make oppa cry.” Sungmin cooed to you. What happened was all hours before this, but the aftermath had just bottled up and hit you all at once. Everyone had worried about you deeply before calling Sungmin over, which they knew would help more than they were. You continued to let the hot tears stream down your face, and you knew there was no way of stopping them.

Sungmin was absolutely heartbroken. He hated to see you cry, but he had to be brave to put you back in high spirits. He brought you into his firm arms, and held you closer to his heart, hoping to somehow share his warmth that you desperately needed. He thought back to the person who made in this state, and thought how he was going to make them pay for what happened to his ______. You were never like this; you were always sweet and cheerful, spending time with your friends and Sungmin. But today… Today you only really wanted Sungmin to be with you.

Your form was wracked with another wave of shakes and hiccups. Sungmin closed his eyes in pain, and stroked your hair. “______, please no more…” He squeaked as tears began to form in his clouded brown eyes. His pleas were unheard over your loud wails. You couldn’t stop as much as you tried, you’ve just had enough. What’s been happening has all been too much, and it wasn’t something you’d like to talk about.

He opened his eyes as salty hot liquid was released from them. You didn’t have the slightest thought of your love crying with you, but as soon as a tear landed on your forehead, you stopped crying. Your heart froze, and you wiped at your eyes trying to swat away the blurred vision. You slowly looked up at Sungmin who had his eyes closed yet again, trying to stifle the noises of his pained emotion.

You raised your soft hands to his plump cheeks and wiped the tears away with your thumb. It was as if the tear that landed on you and switched your states, and you now were cradling your boyfriend. You continued to wipe away the ears until he calmed down, completely embarrassed that he cried in front of you. His cheeks burned a fiery red, and he looked down at you and smiled. He already knew you were slowly becoming your usual self.

“Oppa… Thank you. You’ve helped me more than you just by being here, and I just want you to know that I will always love you.” You laid your forehead on his looking into his chocolate eyes.  Sungmin then smiled with his perfect smile you loved, and brought his hands to your cheeks, pinching them. It made you giggle and your eyes shone back into his.  

“Oppa loves you too, jagiya. Please don’t cry anymore, because oppa will go to jail for beating that person up.” A warm pair of lips soon found its way to yours, creating a perfect remedy for earlier. You happily kissed back, wanting to stay locked together much longer than a few seconds. He pulled away slowly, then showered your face in dozens of little pecks and nips, making you playfully smack his arm.

You looked into his eyes and knew he was always going to your number one, and always had your heart. You readjusted your position on the couch, snuggling closer into his chest, and you snaked your arms around his. You closed your eyes, and slowly headed into a dreamland, where you would always be happy.

Sungmin looked down at your sleeping form and cracked a smile. Never had he knew how cute you were when you slept, or how your grip tightened on him when you mumbled in your sleep. But what he had known is that he is glad your friends came to him today, and he’s grateful to share cute moments like this with you. He slid his free hand through his silky jet black hair and proceeded to lay his head on top of yours.

He opened his mouth and sung his sweet words to you before he too, fell deep asleep. “I love you always and forever _______. You are so beautiful, and don’t try to handle things on your own… Oppa is here. Don’t forget me.” He closed his eyes and began to be lulled away into sleep when he heard you murmur something that made him lips curl into a smile.

“Oppa, I would never forget you. Saranghae…”
